Cargo is a small planet used to supply the outer colony rings, later abandoned when
the empire started to decline. The native population slowly stated occupy the large sites,
using empty containers as habitat buildings. Later additional structures 
were carved into the given stone formation. Most of the lights and hydraulics are still functioning,
due to the solar supply.
